The Communications and Media Commission (CMC) has launched the updated version of its electronic services portal, a step that comes as part of the digital transformation program the Commission is carrying out to simplify procedures and reduce the time taken to complete transactions.
In its new form, the portal enables the submission and renewal of license applications, the tracking of complaints, and the downloading of official forms, in addition to a tracking dashboard that displays the status of a request in real time.
The Commission affirmed that the update included raising levels of security and data protection, and full support for smart devices, along with a plan to add new services successively over the course of the current year.
