Step one

Registering on the portal

Register your company's details and those of its legal representative on the Electronic Services Portal; prior registration is a prerequisite for participating in any tender.

Step two

Purchasing the tender documents

The standard tender documents are obtained from the Contracts Section at the Commission's headquarters against the prescribed fee, and bids submitted on reproduced copies are not accepted.

Step three

Meeting the closing deadline

The bid boxes are closed at twelve noon on the closing day stated in the announcement, and any bid arriving after this deadline is disregarded.

The Commission publishes its tenders and announcements exclusively on this website and in the accredited official newspapers. All technical and commercial enquiries are submitted in writing to the Contracts Section no less than seven days before the closing date, and the answers are circulated to all purchasers of the documents without disclosing the identity of the enquirer.
