You can file your complaint electronically through the complaints form on this page or through the e-services portal. As soon as you submit it, you will receive a reference number to track the status of your complaint. You must first have contacted your service provider without obtaining a satisfactory resolution within the prescribed period.
The standard processing time ranges between 5 and 15 working days, depending on the type of complaint and its complexity. Complaints relating to billing and service outages are usually processed within a week, while coverage-quality complaints may take longer to allow for field measurements.
Yes. The Commission accepts complaints about media content that violates the broadcasting rules through the same form, by selecting the complaint type "Media content." You must specify the media outlet, the broadcast date, and describe the violation precisely.

Yes, filing and tracking complaints is a completely free service for all citizens and subscribers, and the Commission charges no fees for it.
It is advisable to attach anything that supports your complaint: photos of invoices, screenshots of speed-test results, your correspondence with the service provider, or a recording of the media content complained about, if any. The clearer the attachments, the faster the processing.
