What this service covers

This service is provided in accordance with procedural manuals approved by the Board of Commissioners, and covers the following regulatory tasks and activities:

  • Identifying the least-served areas and drawing up plans to cover them.
  • Managing projects to expand internet access in rural areas.
  • Monitoring companies' obligations under Universal Service programs.
  • Measuring digital access indicators at the governorate level.

Electronic Portal

Full electronic submission, tracking, and payment, available around the clock, seven days a week.

Eighteen offices across Iraq receive applications and provide direct support.
