What this service covers
This service is provided in accordance with procedural manuals approved by the Board of Commissioners, and covers the following regulatory tasks and activities:
- Identifying the least-served areas and drawing up plans to cover them.
- Managing projects to expand internet access in rural areas.
- Monitoring companies' obligations under Universal Service programs.
- Measuring digital access indicators at the governorate level.

Electronic Portal
Full electronic submission, tracking, and payment, available around the clock, seven days a week.
Governorate Offices
Eighteen offices across Iraq receive applications and provide direct support.
